Expected in 2007, the total demand of the National insecticides and fungicides，such as Cymoxanil and Mancozeb, will be 145,100 tons and 75,500 tons , the demand essentially flat year-on-year; herbicide’s demand needs to maintain a certain growth rate；plant growth regulators will keep growing, reaching 2938 tons and 769.59 tons. By 2010, the high toxic pesticides exiting the market will leave a gap of 10,000,000,000 yuan. With the rise of the global biotechnology heat wave, pollution-free, avirulent and low-cost make China's biological pesticides regain favor, maintaining an average annual rate of 15 percent.Pesticide manufacturing industry bears upon  the agricultural products manufacturing industry and plays an important role in the chemical industry.
